  2. heyyyyy, I live in the US....lol. I find it fascinating how different and opposite people feel toward their healthcare systems and how a change toward the opposite is bad. In the US, people are worried about healthcare being put into the government's hands, which has had a history of causing problems (i.e. Social security, medicare, medicaid,etc.) while the UK is worried about putting it in the hands of insurance companies (or so I gathered from this video).

  3. Thats the idea, yeah. It's strange how we look over at the US healthcare system and go "oh lord, that must be terrible!" and then you look over to us and go "oh lord, that must be terrible!".

    I'm pretty sure neither of us are getting the full story.
